By using our website, games, and printables, you agree to these Terms.

These terms are written in plain language for families and educators.

1. Who We Are

Ninjadoodle Learning creates educational games and printable resources for home, school, and homeschool use.

This site is operated from New Zealand.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • use our site for lawful purposes
  • not damage, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our services
  • not resell, repost, or redistribute our digital resources

Users must be 16+ to create accounts or join email lists.
Parents may use resources with their children.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including games, characters, branding, illustrations, text, and printables—belongs to Ninjadoodle Learning.

You may:

  • use printables for your home
  • use printables in your own classroom
  • share links to our site (encouraged!)

You may NOT:

  • resell, upload, or redistribute our resources elsewhere
  • claim artwork or games as your own
  • remove logos or branding

4. Games & Printables

Unless otherwise provided:

  • Games are for personal and educational use
  • Printables may be used in classrooms and homeschools
  • You may not host our games on other websites
  • Sample downloads may differ from final versions

5. Prelaunch Content

Before launch, you may receive:

  • sample game levels
  • sample printable pages
  • behind-the-scenes updates
  • one-time Founding Member pricing

Samples are previews only and may change.

6. Payments (After Launch)

Payments will be handled securely through Stripe or LemonSqueezy.

They manage:

  • payment processing
  • secure storage
  • VAT/GST
  • subscription management

We do not store your payment details.

7. Refunds

  • Memberships: Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase.
  • Individual printables (if sold later): non-refundable due to instant delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide this website “as is.”
We are not liable for losses related to:

  • service interruptions
  • data issues
  • errors
  • misuse of the site
  • failures by third-party providers

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services grow.
Any changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
